I just ordered the new 2003 CL tails, i was wondering, does it come with instructions on how to install them? is it easy, hard what?? i am not a real car mechanic by any means but i can follow directions well. is it worth paying someone to install them?? any replies would be greatly appreciated.. thanks...

 

Mine are on order..... But I'm curious is it as simple as: "take out old taillights, and put in new '03 taillights?" Are extra bulbs needed or wiring, etc? thanks

 

One of the harnesses doesn't fit perfectly so I used electrical tape until I can get the correct harness. Someone posted what the part number was, but with search being down, I don't feel like looking for it.

Here is what the ghetto electrical tape hookup looks like for right now. I does the job just fine until I can get the harness.

 

I changed the sockets of the new housings and spliced the wires. Go ask Wayne, they did it for my car.
