How do I get a hold of some bright white reverse lights?

heres how i did it (not the most scientific way, but hey). look in your car manual...find the lights section. Read how to remove the reverse lights. take one out, go to your local import store and show it to them and ask for super white bulbs of the same kind. 
Get polargs if you can (they are in packages that say 'b1 hybrid' on them) ill try to find out the exact kind of polargs needed later
