How do I bypass the emergency brake to play my Alpine tv??
I need to by-pass the emergency brake security feature to let me use the DVD feature while driving.
need immediate help cause I have tried grounding the wire and didn't work I think it needs power instead....any ideas please let me know

Look in the owers manual and look for the wire diagram. On that diagram you should see a wire that will say something like safety wire. Then It will have a - or + just do the opposite. It's weird that it doesn't work when grounded that what we always did when we use to install TV's when I worked in the Car audio Business.
