Just buy them because they are going to fog.

Mine took one year to fog, but they fogged.... and I sealed the everliving piss out of them.

and about the fog issue, just put one of those silicic salt bags(you get in the box with new shoes) in each housing and you'll be fine.

i baked mine to remove the amber diffuser and man o man was i pissed when all that nasty glue got all over the black housed part of my headlight... I would never pull those suckers apart again... I had to spend another 2 hrs cleaning and lining everything up perfect so they would seal right. its a tough job but definately doable

They're 180 each from any of the online OEM places:

https://acurazine.com/forums/audio-video-electronics-navigation-22/rattles-195203/

My drivers side has fogged up (after the warranty expired of course), so I'm been looking at prices on 'em (I have an 03)...

I've heard of people testing for fog after they resealed there headlights by putting them in a steamed up bathroom with the shower on hot. Its worth a try to see if you got it right.

I just cleared mine out and I'm gonna do a right up on it. All the DIY's say to bake them but I really wasn't to happy about putting mine in the oven to melt the glue. I used a heat gun and a buddies help and had them apart in ten minutes (each). Once you get the first one open the second one is a lot easier.

take out the star bit screw for HID light, then turn the big plastic part that says dont remove because pornographic amounts of volts run thru there (its ok to remove the plastic piece, they're just warning you not to fool with the light its self). Then drop the little baggies down in there, theres a real nice are for them to go that cant be seen. I have two in there right now which are doing the trick.

Hey man I just finished my D.I.Y. write up on clearing the housing:

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...52#post2792352

Once you have the housing apart, just mask off the Chrome Reflector and paint the part of it black that you want black to match the '03 headlights. Good luck!
