Honda S2000 Type-V Steering Wheel (installed)
Yup. As per my previous thread https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...light=steering, I bought an S2000 steering wheel. Not any regular one, but a JDM Type-V steering wheel. Think ronjon's painted wheel, but OEM Honda. They are distinguished by having the 'VGS' logo printed on the base, and of course, flat bottomed. i did not get the cruise control harness or screws from the seller, so it isn't in. however, i have a JDM cruise bezel delete, so there isn't a hole in the side of the bezel.
got it for a few reasons:
1. matches the interior paint fairly closely
2. no one else has it (and probably no one will. the cost is fairly prohibitive, google)
3. flat bottom
4. OEM Acura airbag
5. AP1 so it has perf leather
anyway, a few pics

PS. some other oem interior additions i've done:
1. auto seat heater controls (my exgf used to turn on the heater by accident in the summer.. i did not like that)
2. TCS/Cruise button (i can control something else now and still look oem)
3. rear heat vents

too lazy to clean, it's just a lot of dirt.. they go back to black though
i didn't.. just bought the TL center console bezel (with the air vents) and the TL venting duct, which plugs right in. had to trim the console sides to get it to fit (it's on the inside where you don't see, i guess they aren't exactly the same) but it works fine.
What do you mean by auto seat heaters, what makes them auto? Also, the tcs button, isnt the wiring harness different? And rear seat vents, where do the tl vents plug in and where exactly do you "trim" the center console? Im thinking about doing that now, since the parts from honda arent that expensive

2. you just need to go to any honda online parts site and look at the 'duct' diagrams between the CL and the TL. the blower unit has a cap on it on the CL, where the TL has the duct. pull the cap, install the duct.
3. trimming is on the inside side panels on the console. very easy to do. i suppose you could probably order the side panels from a TL, and install it, but i'm not 100% sure if that would work. basically, the ducting goes about half way through the console, and then the side panels carry air the rest of the way, however, in the CL it is more for structural bracing, so you just have to trim maybe 2-3 inches for it to fit.

Quick question...I have a fog switch out of an Accord (similar to the one you have there), I was wondering what wires go to what to make it aluminate and dim with the other switches?
sweet......, but i don't know if i would like it in mine though, i like to steer with one hand, and hold the wheel between the two lower spokes on the stock steering wheel, so it would throw that off for me, but otherwise
FYI for anybody wanting to do the rear TL Vents like he has done..there is a lot more work that to just "trim a little bit of console" The 6 speed ebrake is in the way of the venting, and you will have to relocate a bunch of SRS sensors that are mounted to a bracket that you have to remove. It is definatly not a easy job, not something im doing, returning the parts tomorrow. I tried to get more feedback from the OP In a PM but he didnt respond to me
