HKS Dragger Axle backquestion.

Well i researched all old thread about HKS Dragger Axle back, and i'm about to order them for my 03 CLS from http://www.raceinspired.com/p-545-hk...1998-2002.aspx.
but my question is since i lowered my CL about 2inch(not quite sure because my older brother did it, and he away right now. he told me it was Tein coilovers and 18" rims wont fit due to coils) so heres my question, do i have to take away the coil and reinstall the stock ones to get Axle back, since cars pretty low and i dont want to f*** up the bottom. or is it okay to install the way it is? (when i look at it, it looks okay...but just want to make sure from you guys)

i thought they stopped making them? they did at one point i know.

second.. that says it's for the accord which is not the same length as the cl.. so that's gonna be off to some degree along the line... dunno where tho..

don't rush that purchase...

i just bought the CT mufflers and they are georgous!!!!!!! fit like a glove too.. didnt even use gaskets and it sealed up lovely... i just have nothing but OMG to say about these muflers

I forgot where I got mine from, push comes to shove he could still buy the Accord ones and just get the piping chopped off and a whole new cat-back section welded in. Clearance is not an issue though.

Just have a shop tuck the cans a little closer to the body but the rear is higher so you shouldn't have problems scraping.

I approve of the HKS system. I'm running these over my Comptechs because they are louder and the tips fill the cutout better. But I wish the cans were a bit smaller.

i just dont see why one would buy axlebacks and then butcher them? ur spending a lot of the money because it comes ready to just bolt on and install.. if ur gonna cut and or weld anything just buy mufflers and them have the piping made.

that's the route i would have taken if i wasnt crazy and sprung 821$ on the ct mufflers... shipping to Canada suxx large.

I thought about this but I just didn't like the way the universal stuff looks or sounded really. The HKS basically is just mufflers.
