I Have a hole in my exhaust right behind the CAT. The CAT is OK but I will need everything back replaced due to rust and so on. Dont find much out there for replacements. Is there a direct bolt on out there other than going directly to Acura, or do I need to get this custom made. Dont have to much to spend on this so dont want to go crazy performance pricing.

Custom, some of the ones for the accord fit but might have to be modified slightly. Tanabe hypermedallion I beleive also

isn't acura's exhuast piping lifetime warranty???

i thought that is the only thing that's lifetime on our cars????

my car sees winter every year and the piping is mint.... only the mufflers ended up getting holes in them from salt building up on the top between the bottom of the car. i find it odd one could get a hole through the piping tho that seems severe.

No, the CAT has a lifetime warranty IIRC and so does the SRS system, but nothing else is lifetime.

 

Do you happen to know if this lifetime warranty applies to Canada? I only ask this because, from my understanding, the SRS on the 6th Gen Accords got lifetime warranty in the USA but only 7 years or so in Canada (according to the stealerships anyways).

 

Not sure, but I do know if the airbags have deployed at any point, that warranty is void.

only usa warranties srs... i asked around already.

 

Lifetime warranty on seatbelt system. My belt buckle sat off my SRS and the dealership replaced it for free.

 

any updates?
