Lightbulb Higher Wattage Bulbs in OEM Driving Lights

Found this on the web while searching for OEM driving light housings:

Looks like these would resolve the problem of melt down with the 18 watt PIAA 19244 and Polarg bulbs. A little too expensive for me.

Nice joke!!!

I've been running with 18 watt PIAA 19244 bulbs in my OEM driving lights for over 2 years now without any melting issues...

Do you think that this could be used to cool the transmission? Looks better to me than the oil jet kit the Acura dealer put on my 2001 CL-S.

Why not just install a transmission cooler?

By the way, that is the most ridiculous thing i've ever seen before in my entire life.

Does it cool your blinker fluid too?

If you could use the driving light cooler for both lights and oil, it would make the cost of the cooler more reasonable. If this kit is for real, then to be able to run hotter and brighter driving light bulbs may be not so ridiculous.

Cheaper liquid-cooled foglight system:

1. Remove lenses from fog lights.

2. Drive through puddles.

nevermind.

That's what they said about the light bulb and the telephone. I think it is a good idea, but too expensive. I would like to run 25 watt bulbs without damaging the plastic housings which the Piaa's burnt. My
