Always get there early and try to get next to a handicapped spot, you can double park it way over and get plenty of room on both sides. Hey if Cooter can can park his Ford F350 Super Duty sideways like hes badass at the mall, then I can share a little bit more of a spot with the cripples? I know thats mean, sue me, but theres far too many spots for those fu$#kers, especially at the Wal-marts, come on now 15 handi spots, a little too much, but they want to be like everyone else right? Roll a little further from a farther spot then. I know I am mean, my grandfather is crippled and hes cool about it, I even take his ride places, he lets me, so we can get the hook up on spots.

 

I remember those parking spots... those and the corner spots in the 10th St. garage were the best. Oh well, bad things can happen anywhere. If it happened in the summer sounds like you got it fixed already, sell your books back and recover some of the $$ :P

Coming out with ramps, wheelchairs and all kinds of ways to damage the sides of your car. Then too, you have to be "in tune" with their general disposition-- Pissed Off at the World. If they sense you are encroaching on to their spot they may whack your car a good one with their Cain or sideswipe you with their "Quickie" wheelchair

 

Hahah...they give us shit for our books...damn greedy Spartan Shops. I'm actually getting my "boo-boo" fixed as we speak...won't get it back until tomorrow or Friday...hopefully!

Hey, you should check out half.com (an ebay co.) for selling used books next time, I got much more there than I would have from Spartan Shops on some books.

When I was in HS, I got my sentra rear-ended in the bus-turn by a guy looking at a hot girl. No damage was there [the sentra had real 5mph unpainted bumpers!]. The CL is my third car, the camry is the second, and an '83 sentra hatchback is the first. I still miss that sentra even tho I could hook the sentra to a hitch on the CL and accelerate the sentra more than it could ever do on its own!

I recently found THIS on my clunker camry at work. The picture is bad b/c i just took it at night. Notice the BFD in just in front of the door, and on the rear wheel well. From examing other cars in the lot, I believe the damage was done by a 39 y/o asian woman who only had her license for about 3 years. I did not seek any hit and run or bother her, because she recently was injured when she was rear-ended, and she has bill collectors after her for medical bills that have not been paid by insurance. I feel sorry for her, and the car is a clunker with 200K miles on it so i'll eat it. If this was my acura I would do something. If it was someone I did not respect or like, I'd seek hit-and-run (adios, license). I would not accept bondo -- new parts only on the acura plus a premium for not reporting hit and run.

Moral of the story: even adults wreck cars in parking lots.

high school for me was a bitch im so happy i didnt have my cl yet cause im 100% i would leave with paint chips and dents and all that good stuff. at least it happened to my legend which i love dearly. i hated my high school parking and it wasnt so much the accidents it was that my school was on the border of the rich neighborhood and the ghetto. bad things jus happened like my friend leaving school to go to his internship got jumped by like 20+ heads. i mean my friend drove a suburban and that shit got fvcked up these kids threw chairs and things at the car. it was all jus like whoa. we can say there were some scratches and dents left. another time some guy with like an old ass caprice on 20" wires and hydros jus rolls into our parking lot during lunch time jus chilled there and i dunno what happened after that cuasei went to class. there was this kid i knew there that had like 2-3 systems stolen out of his car during senior year. man it was jus bad.
