hey AUDIO/HELMS help: tweeter removal

how hard would it be to remove the tweeter? can someone show pics from the helms or maybe know of a different method?

any help is appreciated. thanks.

Good question: I just got some Pioneer A6995s ( Rear )and TS-C604s for the Front. Gona replace the factory stuff all the way around.

I think there's 2 tab type clips on top, but the tweeter is really kept in place by 2 plug in clips. Try wrapping a shop towel around a flathead screwdriver and pry it off (insert the screwdriver into the vertical part of the tweeter cover).

I role the window down and just pull the tweeter housing of starting from the top. There are 2 metal clips that hold it place. It might be snug the first time you do it.
