The car used to be owned by Lord Helmet and he never claimed any freakish power coming out of the car.
I will say since he posted the video that our resident ROCKSTAR owned the DRIVER of that Cobra, but not the Cobra. Looks like the driver owned the cobra along time ago, in fact someone should put it out of its misery

Not an M3, and he can't reel it in anyways. I'm callin 
on the vids b/c the first one is shot from a head on angle, and it doesn't look like you pull away from the Cobra until he lets off the throttle - looks like he never stood on it to begin with.
Either the guy in the Cobra can't drive at all, or you convinced him to let you win so you could make some vids for your Acura forum.

Its always run what you brung, and obviously in this case the CLS pulls it out over the Cobra, whether or not the Cobra was beat up or the driver sucked or the CLS is a factory freak or whatever.
What the fuck do you guys want him to do, get a written affidavit stating that the Cobra driver was not paid to lose,have himself and the other driver sign it, get it notarized, scan it and post it on here? Anything is possible in a race, just like i have 4 eye witnesses that saw me outdrive a g35 in my old 2.3 CL which all of you woulda called BS on unless u were there..its not always on vehicle stats.
Stop nitpicking and just give the man a "good kill" on the cobra and a "nice death" on the M3 or whatever it was and call it a gotdamn day...geez.

most of us aren't nitpicking...we gave him his props. from what the video showed, on the 0-110 pass...he passed the cobra, after he shut down,you can hear that they were even till the cobra shut down and he went past him. the quick roll...meh same goes for the run near the traffic light. the "m3"...waste of time and bandwidth.
like anybody will tell you, anything can happen on the street.
i'd like to see them line up at a tree and go for it, that way no innocent bystanders are killed trying to prove 260hp are better than 305hp.

I belive April 12th Bandimere opens and were both takin our cars there to run'em. Ill make sure there will be video of the 1/4 mile of me and him. And hey, If there are any other Cobras there. Ill run them to... Along with what other cars...
Its cool, I dont mind all the nitpicking. I think its funny that people cant just except a cl-s beat a cobra. But a Corvett Stingray is possible right.... haha...
Now I do believe it but VIDEO PROOF and then nitpicking would have to convice me.. Good kill "Supertrooper"...

Nice that you pulled out a win, but you can hear especially in the second video that the driver is not getting on the pedal. I am going to have to agree with everyone else that it was either staged or the driver simply cannot drive.
The BMW was a 3 series, not an M3, the M3 has quad exhaust.
Lastly, no such thing as a 2000 Cobra
Made from 96-98 for the old body style (in this video), then 99, 01, and now the Terminator from 03-04.

? Rockstar do you have a 6speed? With those mods you have no doubt in my mind your car is in the high 13s. With stock and a good driver you would be in the range of 13.99-14.3. 14.3 is what they said for stock 1/4mile specs 6spd.
Your Exhaust sounds mean, louder then the cobra.
Nice kill - but true to Lord Helmet you need to drive safer- its only a matter of time

It only has an ebay intake, headers and exhaust. Those mods should put him on par with a stock 6spd

That looks like an old M3...I have one sitting in my g/fs parking lot and the rear end looks very similar. I made out the M3 badging with the exhaust pipes poking out in the vid (It had to be '99 or older)...the exhaust looks very different from a regular 3 series...
