HELP: Is it worth upgrading to a TYPE-S?!?
So I was looking for 3.2CL's for the heck of it and came upon somthing great:
A 2001 3.2CL-TYPE-S in Sundance Gold w/ 34,000miles, auto, black interior, etc. (you guys know what they got...) all for $14,900
Right now I have a 2001 3.2CL in white w/ 43,000miles, auto, beige interior, etc. I bought mine four months ago (Christmas present!!
) for $14,000.
So, I'm thinking that I could sell mine for $14,000 again, maybe even more, and get the TYPE S with 30 more HP for only $900.
Please leave me comments. The TYPE-S is 41 miles away from my house and, with ideal conditions, it will cost only $900 extra. Should I do it or not?!?!?!? IS the TYPE-S that much better...?

your comments are appreciated... Anyway, a private seller is selling it, so sales tax would be less than a dealer. At least It was when I bought my 3.2CL that I have now.

14k is too much for a pdg cls.
There are no guarantees that someone will pay 14k for your car. Buy the h/i/p, spacers and cooling mods and you're golden.

Again, thanks for responding...I was doing a little more shopping, and I think that a 2001 CL-S w/ ONLY 34,000miles would go for more than $14,900. I don't wanna buy a carfax b/c I'm still in the talking stage, but what do you guys think about the low price, low miles...could there be something wrong? kelley blue book says its worth $17,125!, and w/o surprise, the seller didn't list a VIN number on a site where VIN's are always present.
Your thoughts, please!

Either way the 3.2CL is nice, but the Type S is a must. I wouldn't have bought a non type S CL. It had to be the Type S. My bro had an RSX S, sweet car. But anyway, the 260hp just kicks ass and the suspension is better.

Ok, so if anything, the tranny is "problematic," and type-s owners are hating their suspension for unclear reasons... might as well keep what I have. Thanks for talking me out of it lol. No I'm still thinking about it; this is useful, the price may be low b/c of these "problems." Now that I know a little more, someone's finally going to get a call...
Thanks for the limited help guys.
