help, weird noise

i just got done with installing a Injen CAI, I love that thing. I can't help but not go WOT. But every time i put the car in reverse, i start to hear a clicking noise in the left part of the engine. What could that be? it goes away when i put it into gear or neutral. Also, the clicking clicks faster as a accelerate in reverse. What could i have done wrong? this never happened until after the intake was installed

I too have a clicking noise but I have the icebox. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the install or not. My car is also lowered with bigger wheels so I thought that might be a possibility. I'm just hoping it isn't the tranny.

maybe the intake pipe hitting against the metal part of the fender where the pipe goes down into towards the bumper?

well i checked that already. Since i only hear the noise in reverse, i put the car in reverse, step on the hand brake, pop the hood and checked for anything moving. Every thing seems fine and all the connections to the intake are good too.
