Help w/ steering wheel...

weird squeeking noise when i turn. i checked the fluid and it is in the mid of lower and upper level. what can it be?

you may have blown your PS pump....you'll need to replace it if that is the case...

Is it harder to turn the wheel while the car is stopped?
