Im returning my car on wed. and i need to put the badges back on my car. I need the measurements from between the ACURA letters. the 3.2 cl and type s badge. can anyone help a brotha out? thanks in advance

 

The "A C U R A" trunk emblem from the factory/dealer arrives evenly spaced on application guide foam for easy installation. All that is required is to remove adhesive film and align the center of the "U" beneath the "A" emblem and measure up from the bottom edge of the truck lid 6.08 inches to the bottom of each A in A C U R A (left & right) and press firmly.

Now, I realize you don't have the luxury of having the emblem laid out in such a fashion. Unfortunately, the Helms manual only gives the instructions mentioned above and does not give the measurements between the letters. So, I recommend you take a trip to the dealer, with a ruler of course, and simply get the measurements yourself. However, you will have a hell of a time ensuring the letters are evenly spaced and straight as originally placed. Or, which may be your best bet, simply order a new emblem, which will be already set up and install as I previously mentioned in the first paragraph.
