Help... Spoiler Rattling

I finally got around to putting some brown bread in my trunk to stop the damn rattling. The trunk doesn't rattle at all, but now my only problem is the spoiler. Anyone have any ideas to fix the spoiler from rattling? I was thinking about putting some foam type of stuff inside, but I'm not sure what exactly to get.

Finally, someone that is seeing eye to eye with me about the damn spoiler. The noise is the plastic red casing thing on the back of the spoiler. I was playing my music yesterday and finally was able to get the noise out of my trunk and tighten everything down, but realized i still had a noise that sounded awful on the outside of my car. I noticed it was my spoiler light casing. There has to be a way to tighten it down or remove it and put some kind of rubber seal on it to make it tighter. The noise is annoying.

The light casing doesn't seem to be the main part of the rattling... Its my whole spoiler. I can see the entire spoiler flex when the bass hits. I wonder what its made out of? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions about what kind of foam to get? Or if that will even work.

Open the trunk and look for two black rubber bumpers, one on each side of the trunk lid. They are threaded. Unscrew each one a little and close the trunk lid. See if the sound goes away. Keep doing this till it does.

I did this on Soopa's and Astroboy's cars at the Park Ave Acura Meet and it worked like a charm.
