Help a noob out?

I am looking to get my Intake resonator removed, i took the front bumper off and the front left wheel off. But now i cant find the pics of the resonator and info about where its located. I tried search but i could not find anything about removing the intake resonators, all i could find is, that u have to remove the front left wheel and front bumper, which i did today. Can someone help me? I am planing on buying a aftermarket CAI, so i have to do this anyways.

you don't have to tak eoff the bumper to get at all that stuff, just the wheel and inner fender liner. I took mine off, hummmmed like shit ...lol. But it sounds great in v-tec.... untill I get my intake on.

I just did my CAI installation yesterday. You did not have to take the bumper off. Def have to the wheel liner off and I just moved to wheel hard in one direction and was able to get everything. Originally I had it installed like a short-ram and I could hear it in idle. Now, I don't hear it at all while its idling, and it sounds so much better, plus its better for the car. Its so addicting and is the reason why my gas mileage is dropping...hahha

For the humming, make sure you have the rubber coupler still attached to the bottom of the airbox. I took it off & it hummed. Put it back & it was quiet again.
