Help with Nitrous Install

hey guys, i know quite a few of you have nitrous kits... i just bought a NX Wet kit and was wondering who has one of these installed on their car??? i just needed some ideas on where to mount the selonoids and the nozzle and switches and stuff... and possibly check out your pics if you have some... it seems pretty straight foward, but if you had done it already and had any helpful tips, that would be great... thanks

I'll try to get some pics up, but I installed a kit in a cl recently, and put the solenoids in the driver's side front fender. Just remove the left front tire, and remove the plastic inner fender. There's a bumper support bar in therre you can mount to (this is if you want to keep it out of sight) You will need a 5 ft section of -4 fuel line, as the kit only comes w/ 18 inches. I will say one thing. The fuel T that comes with the kit is for one, too small and 2, is too short (the part that sticks in the factory fuel line. To save yourself a headache (and potential leak) buy a 5/16 Tee that has a 1/8" NPT female outlet on the top (easily found at Home Depot in the brass fittings) and get a 1/8" NPT male to -4 male connector from a speed shop. This may sound confusing, for that I apologize. PM me for some pics, and I'll show you what I mean! Hope this helps---Dusty

why'd you go with the blue top? Just color, or any other reasons?
