HELP!!!! I NEED A BODY SHOP NOW!!!!

Brad dinged my door!!!

He was getting out of the car and swung the door open too hard, and hit the car next to us; no damage there, thank God, but there's a ding on the edge of my door!!!

Does anyone know of a good body shop in NoVA? This SUCKS.

NOBODY IS EVER GETTING IN MY CAR EVER AGAIN!!!! I've had it for 8 months and the only things that have gone wrong have been other people's faults.

I'm starting to believe he is. How crappy is that? Does insurance cover door dings, generally?

Not worth it if the decutible is more than the cost of fixing the ding urself.

Here are the pictures... The purple arrows are pointing in the general direction of the dent, but I drew them with my finger on the laptop touchpad, so they aren't exactly straight.

On this one, the purple dots indicate the outer edge of the dent, and the center dot is where the actual dent is.

And here, look how the edges of the door are close together...

They're the reflection of my mom's roses in the door.

When I was rear-ended, I had my car fixed at Pohanka's body shop in Chantilly. They did a good job. But I'm by no means recommending Pohanka.

A friend here at work was rear-ended and took his car to the Templeton Olds bodyshop in Tysons Corner. When he got the car back it looked as if the whole car had been detailed. They did a great paint job and the guy tells me that this level of detail is their norm.

Anyhow, sorry to hear about/see your Ding!
