I have a question! I just recently got rear ended heading to work. I got the car fixed, but now some of my features arent working!!! My memory seats dont work. I cant get the buttons to program or even light up for that matter! Also my passenger side rearview mirror doesnt move down when the car is in reverse anymore!Living in Chicago, thats a nice feature so i dont scratch up my rims when I have to Parallel park. Has anyone had these issues? if so help me out and let me know if there is anthing I can do to fix this problem. Thanks Again

For the memory function, press and hold the lock and unlock button for 5 seconds, and those will go into sync. For the mirror, make sure the selector switch is in the middle instead of one side. If it's switched one way or the other, it won't fold down.

If all those above doesn't work, you should go back to the place where your car was fixed, they should have that all part of their warranty for at least one year.

I had problems with my spoiler lights and the exhaust was loose, either they didn't wired it at all or did it wrong, check back with the shop.

Hey thanks for the heads up on the mirror, however I still cant get the seats to work, I bought the car and it didnt even have a manual so Im left out in the dark. You know if you pull the lever on the side of the seat, the seat moves forward automaically. It doesnt do that, only on the pass side, but not driver side. I pressed and held the red button on the Memory seats but it still doesnt do anything. Tell me if Im doing something wrong? I have no clue! everything else is good now, just that problem, let me know if you have any more Tips. Thanks

They probably just forgot to hook it up. Take it back.

either forgot to hook the seat up or like when i bought mine some motor thing (hows that for technical...lol) was just shoot....hope for the first and best luck

When I got my 6spd (brand new), the memory seats didn't work... the connection for the handbrake wasn't hooked up. For some reason, if the brake wasn't "on" (brake light in dash never lit up) the memory didn't work... If you see the brake light on the dash light up, then it's not the handbrake switch.

I had the exact same problem. I got rear-ended and the memory seats went bye-bye. I had to take it back to the dealer twice about it. Still have the problem now. They replaced the entire memory seat module and it worked for about 6 months and it gone again. It sucks.

Thats what I was thinking! I didnt know they were going to mess with my Electrical, its the only thing thats messed up. I think I need to take it back and have them take a look at it. By the way RaviNJCLs- how much did the dealer charge you to replace the module if you dont mind me asking? Cause I can deal without it if Its gonna be 2much Let me know.
