I know this question will sound dumb but I've a question.

When shifting INTO SS is the little green D5 supposed to stay lit in D5? I'm probably now lost to many brain cells but it seems that I remember the D5 light going dark when I used to shift into SS.

Can anybody (when convenient) check this please?

You should have a backlight on the "D5", and the Green display will indicate the gear you are in, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5..

 

yeah the D5 will stay on, altho i never pay attention to it cuz im always lookin to c what gear im in, so i can understand where u're comin from
