Help finding cheap motor mounts for a CL Type-S 6mt
I'm having a hell of a time finding the correct motor mounts for a manual CL Type S. I know XLR8 still has their kits but is there a cheaper option? Any help would be appreciated. If this is the wrong forum sorry, mods please move.
Selling the car so cost is my objective.
Thanks everyone!

An aftermarket equivalent front motor mount can be found on Rockauto for $18.51 before shipping.
An aftermarket equivalent passenger side motor mount can be found on Rockauto for $8.16 before shipping.
As you probably already know, the OEM rear mount ranges $555-590 before shipping.
You will either have to opt for an INNOVATIVE (ebay $116.99) or XLR8 rear motor mount for the CLS6. A few years back, I bought my rear XLR8 one separate for around $150 shipped from XLR8, IIRC'ly.

Are there differences in the Front and Passenger motor mounts for auto and manual? What about rear? That's the one where it matters right?
Right now all three are XLR8. I know the rear XLR8 one is vac boosted, if I go back to stock will the stock rear motor mount be vac boosted? How hard would it be to re-plumb the vacuum lines?
Thanks for your help dude. This car is stressing me out. I feel like I'm playing whack a mole.

The only way to know if the mounts are dissimilar between the Auto and CLS6 is to do a comparison between the part numbers; however, if you find the part numbers for ONLY the CLS6, and shop ONLY for them, then you need not worry.
The CLS6 rear mount is definetly different. IIRC'ly, the front mount is the only one vacuum assisted on the manual.
PM XLR8, they may sell you ONLY the rear mount to save you some money over the cost of the OEM one. They did it with me.

I reached out to XLR8 this morning, wouldn't mind replacing them with whats in there. XLR8 Mounts currently in the car. We'll see what they say.
When I asked Morgan if the mounts were vac boosted he said no, then told me the XLR8's were actually the mounts in the car. Does this just entail plugging the nipple on the rear plenum?
Thanks,

So I ended up going with what's already in the car - XLR8 Mounts. I contacted XLR8 about my failed mounts and they went out of their way to help me out with a new set. I really have to thank Craig and Rob for their unbeatable customer service. They even made sure the motor mounts would get to me by Friday! Never hesitate to deal with XLR8 - They are a solid company.
