Help Fast Brake Pad Install

I cant get them in how do u do it, i know to compress the pistion but what is the pistion? HELP ITS GETTING DARK!!!

Remove the 2 14 mm screws and remove the caliper and pads will just slide out.

On the rear part of the caliper, its the round thing in the middle, Thats what you gotta push back so the caliper will fit back on the rotor

when we did, we just took a pair of pliers and spread them apart inside the piston... but we also did it while the car was on and we put slight pressure on the brake pedal which made it have a little more 'give'

i figured it out, thanks for everyone who replied, you have to do it b4 u put the pads in, that was my problem, now i have 1 striped screw and its 9:10pm and im screwed. gotta go to sears tommrow and buy a tool that drills out screws. this sucks

no offense and I'm not trying to be any sort of an asshole or anything but you shouldn'd be doing ur own brakes w/ such a pressed time limit if u don't even know what the piston is. AGAIN.....i'm not being a smart-ass, just recomending you either do ur research first or pay someone to do the job next time and it'll save u major head-aches!

But he'll never get the true feeling of doing it himself.

Hopefully he learned from this.
