help! dealer won't replace ball joint

hey guys, recently i discovered a loud squeaking noise coming from my driver side wheel area whenever i pushed down on the car and turned the steering wheel. I searched and it seems a lot of people have sent their cars in for this and gotten either the ball joint lubed or replaced. I sent my car in, and my dealer said they can't do anything about it because my car is lowered on eibach pro kits. What should I do>? Should I just try to replace the ball joint myself, if so, does anybody know what part number this is? Any help would be great..Thanks guys!

I don't know any dealers.

I thought I had similar problem. The dealer gave me a lot of shit about the after maket wheels on the car causing the problem. Luckly the problem went away magically
