Hello everyone...Newbie here...Kewl board...lotsa stuff to learn. Anyhow, I've been enjoying my brand new 2001 CL Type S for the last 4 months and just recently, there were times my car just would not start when it is in Park...WEIRD. All the routine lights flashed on, music starts blaring, heater kicks in...except the engine! At first I thought that it was a battery problem...well, it's not. After taking it into my dealership for a look, they claimed to have adjusted the wiring inside the gearshift box ever so slightly to align the connection better. Well, the problem returned. When my car still encountered times when it does cannot start on P, the only way I can get it to work is on Neutral...So, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem before and if so what they did to fix it...I am just hoping this is not one of those mystery problems that the techs over here are too incompetent to fix...Thanks for any advice!!!

I haven't heard of that problem. You'll need to take it back to the dealer or if there's another another dealer in your area take it to them. You might also PM Jens or WayneG and ask them for help
