HELP!!! body ding starting to rust!

Guys I noticed this ding in my rear passenger side panel a month or so ago but I just noticed today it is starting to rust! Is there anything simple that can be done to fix this? How do I stop the rust from spreading? Would touch up paint be enough?

get it to a body shop quick, even so most body shops do not warranty there work on rust, if you have to do it yourself, try a dremmel tool and sand it to bare metal and touch up over it you can even clean it with a q-tip and naval jelly (don't get it on the paint) make sure you get all the rust out

HA, if dings and scratches that weren't rusting were covered unde warranty, Acura would have been out or business long , long ago

wrong, here on planet earth, damage is not a defect in materials or workmanship

The only rust covered under warranty is that which starts from the inside out due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

We're on our own for stone chips, abuse, misuse and people who can't seem to open car doors without hitting something.
