I was finishing up installing my new alarm and accidentally locked by keys in the car.....sorry, nothing tragic.

Isn't the number on a sticker in your driver's side window? I know it doesn't matter now, but shouldn't it be there?

must be something in the water in those states bordering Mexico that is causing people to lock their keys in their CL's lately

Not if you got the windows tinted at a good shop - they remove all that junk.

And I got a little Acura key chain that has the # on the back, but that doesn't do me much good if it's locked in the car.
