Blinking High Mounted Brake Light

Anybody make an easy to install module that will make #3 brake light blink when braking ?

Seen those on tons of 1970s cars ("boats" specifically), Ford Escorts, Geo Metros, etc. Just can't stop laughing when I see those things. Just as bad as seeing those "shopping cart" spoilers on people's rides. Please don't degrade the CL!
