if i change the stock headunit will my navi voice be gone.??

It depends on who does the install and how they do it. I had a choice to have the NAV voice play back through the new head unit but it would have required more modifications and I didn't like the nav voice cutting in and lowering the volume of my stereo anyway. In fact, I seldom use the voice at all, so the solution I went with was to have a small, separate powered Alpine speaker dedicated for the voice. This works well for me.

It's in the drivers side footwell, inside wall of the center console- it sits to the right of my right calf.

how much did it cost for the speaker, was it hard to install it with the navi. and can you control the volume??

The speaker itself was an Alpine KAX-551N which cost $100. Labor was extra and it's hard to determine what it cost because it was part of the labor to install a bunch of other things. I don't think the speaker part was that tricky, but I'd want an installer in whom I had complete confidence before letting someone mess with the NAV or the Acura dashboard/center console.
