Headlight fogging

Hey guys, i just installed 03 headlights and they were new, and one of them is fogging up pretty bad the condenstaion inside is ridiclous, what am i suppose to do, i figure maybe if i disconnect the hi-beam and ride around with my headlights on then it would dry it up and the moisture would air out through the hi-beam hole, but still, any suggestions, blow dryer, hot air gun?????

you might have to dis-assemble the headlight from your car and put it in the oven on low which will melt the glue and you can take the headlight apart. then you can clean the light housing and what not and re seal which will prevent any future fogging. i do not have EXACT instructions on how to do this but its been done before. im sure if you google it, it will come up.

try a few of those instructions, just skip the painting etc.

I'd try to return it if you got it from a business.
or
You could install it in someone's 03 CL and have the dealer replace it under warranty. I know it's not totally ethical but neither is selling faulty headlights that cost $300. I've had one replaced already and the other one fogs up occassionally.
They may question it if it looks new & the other light is aged or damaged on the 03.

My right one does the same thing and it's getting worse. Luckily, I got another set I'm going to clear and paint so that should fix that problem.

My question is though, is this bad for the headlights in any way??? The bulb and the invertor were just replaced in this same headlight about two months ago. WTF!?

I would try your first thought, taking out the highbeam and running with your lights and see if that drys out the light. If that doesn't resolve the issue than I would do what tommmyt said.

bake them, take them apart (might as well clear them while they're out, maybe paint them) and seal them properly

If its still clean you can just add extra sealant around the cracks and corners to seal everything up. That's what i did and it worked......sorta
