headers?

do the comptech headers make a huge difference in HP gains? I know that they say 20-30hp or close to that...just wanting to know if they are worth the ?????? I will NOT buy OBX or Stone. Also what is a realistic HP total with headers and S/C......I my goal is to be able to kill an M3

wanna kill an M3, you have the wrong car. The M3 is a different beast and you have the wrong sword, or pocket knife.

My CLS 6MT with CT i/sc/h/bpipe/e dyno'd at 305 WHP/262 TQ. Dyno runs were done at CompTech's facility. A 5AT will dyno around 25 to 35 WHP less.

Please note, before the S/C was installed my car dyno'd at 236 WHP/201 TQ.

Front drive CL-S vs. rear drive M3? When you get on the throttle of a front-driver, remember that the weight will shift to the rear tires ... which means those front tires have less adhesion, and therefore, less of an advantage off the line. In an M3, the rear tires are turning, AND have the weight shift to the rear. That's why an M3 hits 60 in the 4s while a CL-S hits 60 in the high 5s or low 6s.

You'll need an NSX if you want to compete with an M3. Like NiteQwill said... wrong car.
