I was thinking about putting Comptech headers on my car. Are they really gonna give a 30 HP boost??? And what about torque. Will anything happen there?

 

I think they're worth it, as for the ratings they are pretty right on. They might, or might not lead to transmission failure, but depending on how you drive, it may lead to transmission failure anyways. With the headers you will get that extra umph you need when you need it.

 

Yea thats 30 peak hp at 6000 rpm. So if you dont rev your car all the way out or arent a race fiend I wouldnt get it.
Honestly I got the same effect from an intake! The headers dropped .2 off my 1/4 mile.... 0.2=$1400...???

Then, Add the Comptech Sways bars.
Finally, next month you can line up for the mystery mod from Rick Case Acura.

 

I called a local Honda/Acura Service shop. I asked how much it would cost me to get Comptech Headers and Sways in my ride...

Total quoted is 1950 + 5% Mass tax!!

That was too much for me, I think $1650 (better with no sales tax) would be a better deal to start with.

However, I am on hold for this mod, till I get the Mystery mod ($300) and the Winter tires ($600) ....
