Medium for a person who knows what they are doing...

Very difficult for an amature.

No more than a 4 from 1-10.

I think its only 15-17 bolts total that you have to take off and put back on.

It took me 2 hours and that was the first time I had ever done it. And that was because I had the super stiff resonator from comptech and had the wiggle the hell out of the thing to get it to stop vibrating everything.

Its a piece of cake, just get some PB&J Blaster and spray it on the bolts prior to removal.

For a few days prior...

I agree on 4 out of 10 difficulty rating. Rusty bolts makes it a PITA but thats all.

Also, the biggest tool needed for this job is a Friend.

This helps alot. Hopefully you have one of those in your tool box.

About 8-10 horsepower, but if you install the johnson rod bypass valve it will make it about 25-35 horsepower.

WTF is a JRB?

You'll get around 25-35whp with CAI and headers.

Forget PB Blaster. Pick up a bottle of this stuff
MAPP gas. Home depot sells it in a package with a push button ignitor for like $40. Heat the nuts for like 15 seconds and they will come right off using a breaker bar. Just be careful with it, don't want to accidentaly melt anything when using it as the flame is VERY hot.

Assuming you have no trouble with the nuts and have a friend, it should take you no more than 2-3 hours, even if its your first time.

Be very careful using a breaker bar cause too much strength can snap the bolt right off. To be honest the only pain in the butt about installing the headers have got to be the back side when you can't see it very well and also it's very tight back there.
