header help

A buddy of mine has a set or alphawerks headers from a 02 v6 accord, will these fit my 01 CL-S and still be an upgrade?? Thanks.

search is your friend....in short...you have to make sure they are a newer batch that will clear your oil pan. ask your friend to check it out/
