Have a few stupid questions about headers/cats and intake with fog lights

I plan on getting some XS headers and already know I will get new gaskets/bolts.

1)Are the headers a direct bolt on to the stock cat or do I need piping...possibly an aftermarket cat? There is not any welding involved correct?

2) If I get an AEM, INJEN, or EBAY intake can I use it with my foglights still installed? I don't want to remove my fogs and 03 find inserts...

Sorry for the stupid questions...THANKS

1- Direct fit. Direct bolt up to cat.
2 - yes you can use any intake. The fogs have nothing to do with that. Not sure where you picked that up.

I thought the intake drops down behind the drivers side fog...possibly blocking where the intake's filter is supposed to be and definately blocking airflow

alright, thanks guys for confirming they will bolt in without mods. Now I gotta convince myselft to get my timing belt replaced instead of blowing it on new headers/intake...I'm already @ 108,000...think thats dangerous yet

'03 inserts are fake airvents.. they don't actually have a cutout in the back
