It Has Arrived !!!!!
Just got back from the dealer and guess what is sitting on the shop floor?
Shawn’s beautiful BLUE CL-S w/NAV.
Hot off the truck this afternoon.
Still wrapped in the pink protective plastic.
They are getting the spoiler FedEX’d in tomorrow morning and I will be picking it up tomorrow afternoon.
HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY !!!!!!!!
I’m worth SHIT tomorrow at work.
I should just call in sick and watch them prep it for me.

Just got done ripping out my:
V1
V1 Remote
Sub-AMP
SubWoofer Box
Circuit Breaker on the battery (Sub AMP)
Line level adapter
PIAA road Lamps
Cell Phone kit
Wiped out the garage codes from the HomeLink
And cleaned out all the storage compartments
I wasn’t expecting to do all this until Saturday.
Thank GOD I removed the Cold Air Intake on Sunday.
I really wouldn’t want to do that tonight on such short notice.
I left the acura-cl.com stickers on.
Lets see if the new owner shows up here.
They said they have a buyer for my car already.

WOW, Shawn, ive been waiting for this day....CONGRATULATIONS!!! Hope you still remember how to drive one of those things :P :P Well, you will be happy to know that i did test drive one today with my brother, (he drove as i havent yet learned stick, he drives an M3) He was extremly impressed with the short throws and the good accelereation. I was equaly impressed. I did try (key word, try) to drive it, this being my very first time (in a parking lot), and had a little troble, but hey, who dosent there frist time. Hes going to teach me more soon on his gf parents miata. I called my dealership today asking them if they had any blue 6 speeds (cause i found out my salesmen who was suposed to call me when one came in was on vacation 
) and they had just today loaned one to another dealer....he said that once i come in (ill prob go in on sat.) that he can see if he can find one somewhere else to get me, if not he has one coming in end of april that will def. be mine......so lets all hope for me that he is able to find one for me so i can get shining for the shine-off at the park ave meet.

Congrats. I was just about to post a new topic "How come everyone has driven a 6 speed except Shawn?"
NSX has good advice. Unless you REALLY, REALLY trust the dealer, have them deliver it with the wrappers on! You know more about detailing then their high school dropout car wash guy! You're going to want to clay, dawn etc before starting to apply the Klasse! (HAH!)
Also, make sure they DON"T DRILL THE FRONT BUMPER FOR THE LICENSE PLATE!, etc, etc.

I think I trust them for the first wash.
My 01 was in pretty good condition when I picked it up.
As for the drilling in the bumper……No front plates in PA so I don’t have to worry about that.
My car must have had a good spot on the truck for its ride from Ohio.
It had a few dirty spots on it, but was actually fairly clean.
The BLACK and ANTHRACITE ones were completely covered in road grime.
