Just had CT exhaust installed. If anything, I'd say car seems slightly quicker.

its very important to check to see if its leaking from what I have read. double check your bolts, make sure they are all tight and stuff.

I agree with the above... check for a leak and make sure everything is tightened nice, nice. The car probably won't feel faster (b/c you're only getting 1-2hp tops), but it should not feel slower. I have both an intake and exhaust, and while the exhaust did cover up some of the intake noise, it didn't make the car feel slower just b/c I couldn't hear the intake.... so just double check everything and you should be good.

Make sure you used the gaskets provided with the HKS. Comptech does not provide gaskets, but you can easily purchase some at Kragen. Also check to make sure all bolts are tighetened.

The HKS don't come with gaskets. I have had the hks ones for about 2 months now.
The HKS is just a axle back so I don't think a leak will make you feel slower. On the contrary, if you have a leak the exhaust will be much louder and there wouldn't be that much of a performace difference even with a leak.
