dyno test? i've never seen one... all i know is that a few of my very rich friends (that have a lotta cash to blow) bought them and told me that they are completely useless. i figured that's enough proof for me... no need for a dyno.

and there is a consensus that the Tornado or whatever they like to call it these days is junk... don't waste your money.

I have to agree. The tornado is more a concept than anything. You'll be much happier with a Injen or AEM CAI.

Totally bogus product. There have been magazine tests done that show zero (0) gains. Don't waste your money.....

You can buy a dragon filter and actually have a useable velocity stack....which is what the tornado is suppose to do...increase velocity...but when you put it in the intake piping....if not flush with the pipe...it will create more turbulence than velocity.

It's makes a lot more noise than the actuator. But you'll never you know you have it till you hit higher rpms. It doesn't really sound ricey to me. It's more of a deeper, meaty sound especially when the VTEC kicks in. I really like it and it deters many would be racers!
