Has anyone deleted the rear mufflers?

I know i have had a few threads on exhaust, but i am curious to see if anybody has deleted the rear mufflers on the stock system. What does it sound like and was there a performance loss? i have already deleted the resonator and it sounds like shit until it warms up, but it is what it is..lol
Any honest replys would be great..thanks

well, i know a little torque may be lost, but how noticeable i wonder. i would run extra piping from the existing and use the stock tips so it would look okay..huh, still dunno

They're supposed to be "Deleted". . .But due to my extremely shitty photoshop skills, it came out like that. . .I tried, but I didn't succeed. . . .

you should notice a low end loss when you install headers, but a big gain at high end. the "delete" just makes it sound good, i think i feel a lil more loss but maybe its just in my head

OMFG...that's HAWT!! I love how you color-matched it to the car. Any gains? Also, is it legal to cover your plate like that? Very stealthy...I LIKE.

damn O2, I had no idea that's how your set-up sounded.

I just have the comptech axlebacks; that's pretty solid though, how loud in comparison to just the CT axles?

i can't relaly tell from the volume of the vid but it does sound pretty loud.

I did with the custom exhaust set up I had and it was very very LOUD!

I threw on Magnaflow mufflers and it quieted the exhaust down a little but not by much.

If I had to do it over again I would have just done the headers, RT high flow cat and delete the resonator with a twister resontar...

Not even comparible. Its SO loud. I put a glasspac on it to make it quiet again, and its still 50% louder than just the muffs.

I didnt want to start a new thread and the answer is prob around here somewhere but "mid" is too short. just wonder how it sounds with out the mid-muffler resonator? i have headers in and i would like a more aggressive tone without installing a axel back.
any droning?
possible loss in torque?
replace with piping or aftermarket resonator?
