Handling improvements?

Well I got the springs/shocks/sways on my cl-s and at first I thought it just helped handling about 50%.....but as time goes by, about a month and a half later....it seems that the handling has kept improving, and I can take corners harder than before with the same setup? Why is this?

Maybe your more confident with your driving ability..Just don't become too confident and find yourself in a ditch.

Probably learning how better to drive it. And do be careful.

What car would you compare your cl's handling capabilities to now that you have all these mods on?

So you are taking corners harder as all of the roads in south FL are straight and flat.

More often you will get used to the car and then learn to drive better, but getting overconfident is something you should never let happen.

I dont get too overconfident, the CL is a very easy car to control, to test it I like taking corners in the rain where I slowly slide, and if i spun out it would be in the grass...the CL is very hard to spin out in my experience, making it a fun car without having to worry to much.

Just be careful on wet roads, never know when a kid or car will come out of nowhere, or even a telephone pole. If you get a chance do it in a parking lot or something.

Buy Zero's wheels so I don't.

it also takes a few weeks for the springs especially to settle...shocks and swaybars could get a lil more comfy to their new home too...everything new has to be broken in so that may be another reason you see an improvement

Yeah but it looks cool.

I've also heard it firms up the steering a bit.
