for the "half empty glass" CL owners
........so I'm walking to my car and I press the unlock button on the key fob and "bling" the headlights come on. Sweet. I have 3 people with me so I raise up the seatbelt support and the seat moves forward electronically to let in my 3rd passenger. It's a little cold that night so me and my front passenger heat our seats to knock the chill off. I'm tired of the radio station we are listening to so I load 6 CD's in (without going into the trunk). Then I skip to my favorite tune with the use of my stereo controls on the steering wheel. It's getting a little warm inside the car now so I decide to turn down the automatic climate control a notch and tilt the sunroof for a little fresh air (or I could just open it all the way). My passenger said,"this is a nice car, can i drive?" So I pull over and say, Go ahead adjust the seat and mirrors, the next time I open the door with my key fob they'll go back to my settings. Then I look over and see a 3 series Beemer. Oh boy! I feel like Vin Diesel when he saw that Ferrarri at the light. I told my friend to move over to sport shift and unleash the Clydesdales. Then my friend defogs my rearview mirrors to see the Beemer behind us. And then I thought, " all that for under 30 grand."
you made me love my car more even tho I have not gotten it yet.

I love my CL and plan on driving long as trans keeps working. Everyone seems to have BMW. I like them to but CL is more for the money. I've owned BMW and do appreciate them very much. I looked at 350Z but no way compared to CL! If tranny blows may consider BMW again.

Man my car is a FILTHY MESS from the road salt and sand so my car looks half white and half blue.
So I'm at the gas station filling up and some kid is driving past the pumps in his Mitsu Mirage w/ his gf and he puts down the passenger window and yells "hey man that's a PHAT car! Dude I love your car!!" and I'm a little bewildered but I'm like "uh thanks man!"
Funniest props I've ever received.
Guess he liked the drop.

So u rattled ur way to high speed to beat that beemer huh..... but i'm glad it was a straight road and not a curvey, plus it wasnt raining otherwise those michelins may not have help on for long.... and boy did u get lucky that the tranny didnt die on u *phew*.......And thank god a neon srt4, new accord or the beetle-s werent there to enjoy ur great triumph.... and, and...........

speaking of daily affirmation...lol no offense guys but these posts are starting to remind me of that old SNL skit where stuart smally looks in the mirror doing his self affirmation thing...only in this case it's "My car is good enough, fast enough...."
