GS400 Run

Ok met up with my friend at a karaoke place... hes cousin has a GS400... we start taking about cars blah blah.. he says he beat a cls 6 speed before.. he said it was even till about 60 then he kept pulling on the cls6 and the cls6 could not catch him. So my friend was like you should race his cls6. I was like im down he was like ok lets run. We drive off to a desterted area of the feeder next to the highway inbetween bissonett and the highway 59. First run was from a 30mph roll... he gain 1/2 a car on me and thats where we stay up to 100. Next run from a Red light.. he peels out a lil but so do I (I really need to learn to launch without spinning... maybe its the stock tires?) well im at his bumper I hit 2nd and now im at his side mirrors... I hit 3rd we are dead even.. at this point he says he let off the gas real quick because he thought he saw something in the road im a car in front of him now.. and he cant catch up ... went up to 110 that time... Good run.. I didnt know I could hang with a gs400.

CLS6 can hang very well and even take a GS4 upto 110-120. Its a drivers race. Nice death and kill!

You really show what a semi-stock CLS6 can do. Nice runs.

I don't think I could hang with him ... I tried to run with kevin and the GS400 (with K&N intake now) but I got left behind. I thought they were gonna honk but they used sign. My ass was just sitting there burning tires out of the hole trying to catch up but it was too late. I think Kevin did pretty good.

Nice run, stock or lightly modded GS400's are well within the reach of your cars (well maybe only the 6-spds) because they are heavy cars, so even though they have 40HP on you. The power to weight ratio is pretty close, plus they're all autos which hinders them even more.

Yo kevin you ever head out to Baytown? I'd love to finally go up against a CLS 6spd and see how the cars compare. I drive a 3.5SE Altima by the way.

Noob question:
**Can anybody tell me how to make my sig appear whenever I am just replying to thread? I know it appears when you start a thread, but I've seen other people who didn't start threads have their sigs appear when they replied, how do I do that? **

He bought an air intake system for his car the a few weeks ago and wanted revenge... so we went at it.. this time he got the jump on me 2 times in a row... i played catchup but in 3rd i caught him, passed him and kept pulling on him. How much is it to take your car to the track at baytown? for a few runs I wanna see what im actually running... oh and i have 9k miles on my car already lol. after only owning the thing for 4 months i drive too much.
