ground wire kits

does any one know if a ground wire kit really gives you horsepower gains?....if so, is it significant?

well i think there is a litle gain maybe like 2whp. In addition to that, i think my stock sound system sounds better and the shifts are also smoother

My car idles better and maybe better has mileage. I wouldn't expect too many gains such as horsepower. However, the increase gas mileage is good enough these days.

Mine are from z-xtreme.com. Quality wires and o-rings.

CHeck this thread out, this guy makes really high quality custom ones for like $80, plus that thread is 10 pages long with opinions and what not.
