my friend (acura technition) has a 03 6mt w/ koni's and gc's, dropped on 3pc. 19's.
he loves the setup, says it rides like a caddy, no creaks or noises. they are easy to adjust too.
i would recommend against using them w/ stock shocks, you need the koni's.

the ground controls are RIDICULOUSLY EASY to adjust.
you just loosen the spring seat with an allen wrench... and turn to your desired height.
however... i've just removed mine.
heres the problems:
- can't be used with stock shocks more then ~2-3 months. they will DESTROY them.
- super super super soft... so unless you run your shocks super stiff... you will bottom out like mad.
HOWEVER>> I have heard a buzz that Ground Control is making a spring better suited to our car... but you have to call them to get it.

oh btw... they do make a TON of noise....
my ground controls never stopped making noises. it was always one noise or the other...
thats mainly why i ditched them.
the spring isn't the appropriate width for our isolators... so you need to either get custom isolators or deal with noise & the spring hitting your frame. heh.
they also squeek alot... but as long as you lube them everytime you jack your car or adjust the height... you can squelch the squeeks.
but i couldnt find a way to stop the clunking from coming back...
