Those with dogs, do yourself and the next owner of your car a favor and never let your dog in the car. As you can see below, this is the result.

Basically, I suspected that the previous owner had a dog as I found a few white hairs when I vacuumed, so today I decided to take a closer look and never thought it would be quite this bad. Hard to believe I been driving the car for almost a year like this.

Before. Beleive me, it was a lot worse than it looks:

After (took out rear shelf to get rear window re-tinted behind 3rd brakelight):

Did the guy leave the rear seat out? How the hell do you get so much hair under the seat.

Are they removing the old tint or are they just tinting over that section of the brake light?

I have no clue how that much got there in the first place. It is surprising because the interior is in perfect condition -- no scratches, rips, dog shit, etc...

I am going to have them remove the old then re-tint --- anything I should be aware of? I may have to shell out a few bucks since the guy did try to do it before without removing the shelf, but they are good guys and will probably work with me. For some reason, knowing that it is not tinted behind there bothers the hell out of me.

neither is root canal, knee surgery, or being pistol whipped -- it's all relative. I guess if you don't mind that sort of thing, your right, it's not that bad

lol My dog (Chihuahua mix with Pekingese) likes my passenger side front seat so much and I keep my CL clean like no tomorrow too. Only reason was because of the heat seats. If you seen him he always fall asleep when i drive.

My sister has a golden retriever. Whenever I drove her car, I had dog hair every where for days.
