Greddy Evo II

Anybody know the size of the gaskets? 60, 70, 80mm? I know there are four total and I think only the one connected to the cat is a 3-bolt gasket, the rest are 2-bolt.

Here you go

http://store.nexternal.com/shared/St...unt2=958640694

60 mm 2.36" 2 bolt flange.
All of the gaskets for the EVO 2 exhaust are the same.
There are no 3 bolt gaskets for the EVO 2 exhaust for the CL.

For some strange reason, I've had the exhausts for almost 2 years and I've already have replaced 3 gaskets already. I don't have turbo or anything, just headers, the exhaust and intake.

Thanks, man. I figured they're just failing because I bought the exhaust used and used the original gaskets. This would be my second gasket that went out, but different one.

Does any B&M store carry these gaskets? Autozone, O'Reillys, Advanced?

No

I tried to look for them at those stores, but they don't have them, especially Greddy, especially in NY. I had to order them from Greddy. You can also try to custom make some gaskets or get an exhaust shop to make them for you. The shop would need the exact Greddy gasket and use some higher quality gasket material.

O wow thanks, but did you use them on your Greddy? How would I know if it would be a perfect fit?

i don't have a greddy exhaust. i don't know if they'll be a perfect fit, but if the size is close enough, you can slightly modify them. i had to elongate the bolt holes for my use.

Comparing sizes

The custom gaskets from Summit racing have a diameter of 2.25 inches, but the Greddy evo gaskets have a diameter of 2.375. I actually took a ruler and measured the Greddy gasket. Do you think that this might be a problem. Hmmm, should i risk it?

Well, it turns out, it's not the gaskets. No leak. So, the exhaust is notibly louder. Maybe twice as loud. Could the mufflers be blown?
