Anyone know how much a ticket is for having the windows tinted ? I just got pulled over for that and not having my front plates. But he only gave me the ticket for Tinted Windows. Thanks. I am in nJ

I thought it was legal to have tint in NJ, you just would not pass inspection. WTF? check the local laws that sucks.

Ironically I just peeled my tint on my driver / pass windows for inspection LOL.

 

It is only $10 here in California!

 

I believe you can't tint the front windows in NJ. I got stopped for my front window tint too but the cop gave me a warning and told me to take it off.

I failed my inspection with my tints before.

 

You guys are lucky. First offense here in MA is $250!!!

 

It's $44 ...that's all.

And on your third (or subsequent) offense, you get your license suspended for 90 days. MA takes their tint seriously.

 

OK OK, here in Fla. they past a law a couple of months ago. And this is to compare the seriousness of Tint V. Street Racing.

Now if a pig were to witness two individuals drag racing, or simply racing. And managed to pull both of them over. They could be charged with something more serious than reckless driving. Here is the punishment:

1) manditory: 1 year licence suspension.

2) manditory: Pig impoundment of both vehicles. Different than
just haveing the vehicles impounded. A judge
must reign on the case inorder for u to get ur car
back. If he decides to FK u then u loose ur TL/CL
just as if someone found with a kilo in the trunk
would. So if ur ride that is worth say 35K-40K and
is police impounded and u are unable to get it
back guess what they do then, u got it those pigs
sell it for 10K-15K. And those FKs get the cash,
not u. Oh and if u think that the $2.5K-$3K that u
mercilessly spend on insurance is gonna give u
one cent for u ride, haaaaa think again, u SKERD.
And this is all for speeding. Oh and if u were to
change lanes then I would say reckless driving,
can't forget about all that swerving that a pig
would say in court

Oh and if thats not enough, GET THIS.

3) manditory: 30, yea I said it right 30 days in jail manditory.

And all this is for a 1st, yea first offense violation. No they weren't just speeding they were draaaaaag racing. So to put this to an end it is just FKin sick to see a fine for $250 for simply just tint and a possible devistating finacial loss to someone to lose their $30K+ car for a simply speeding all in all this is just simply BS.
