The dealer told me that they weren't going to cover my rotors or pads because it fell in the catagory of "normal wear and tear". To fix the brake pulsations would cost me $544.00 he told me. (I'm thinkin' to myself upgraded pads and slotted rotors for that amount). I was threw a fit and left. Later he called me and apologized and told me to come in to rectify the problem. I came in and not only did they fix them for free but they changed all of my fliuds and detailed the car. They've never done that much for me before.

Why do dealers have to act like such patutes?! We need to stand up to these morons!
