No need to remove the bumper or wheel during a standard install. When I installed mine I simply jacked the car up a bit and everything was accessible.

Seriously? My buddy has one, and it's nice, but it is way less comfortable inside. The only thing I'm really jealous of about it is that it's RWD. Other than that, I'm glad I saved the $15k extra.

i think the interior styling is much more classy than the CL. i should be comparing it to the TL since my GFs G35 is 4 door.

2005 G35 sedan with 4k miles, black/tan, navi, and every option: $21k (carfax and factory warranty included).

i really wanted to get rid of the CL when i drove the G35...

Ohhh, the Sedan is a different story, they are pretty classy inside. I guess I am still biased towards my CL tho!

When my buddy had his G35's clutch replaced, they gave him an 05 G35 sedan for the day ---> street encounters

I shoulda beat him by more, but even with slow shifts I still took him down!

I heard the TSX coupe convertible rumor back in 2005.

from what i recently got from a salesman at a local dealership, they will be using the RDX engine. i know i've seen some TSX coupe chops around here somewhere.

My buddy has a G35 as well. It has a LOT of HP and is very sporty, however i dislike the interior layout because it looks very old schoolish like the 90's infiniti especially that analog clock. I love the new acura's interior more than the G

If Acura starts making new gen CL RWD, then they will not be call honda/acura.
honda/acura loves FWD with the exception of nsx and s2k

Ha, to be honest, my 01 CL-S with modded suspension handles better than the G Sedan unmodded. As for high speeds (over 100mph) my CL-S handles better than the G sedan also. Don't get new car fever, everyone loves a new car and the initial drive. I fell for the same thing, but the older G's are not the cats meow, they are nice, dont get me wrong, but after the flavor wears off, you won't be as impressed when comparing it to your CL.

I know all of this from experience because my gf has one. I was sold on the older G when driving hers, but then the new version came out. Now the pre 07 models are mud compared to the 07 if you take one for a test drive.

Overall, the older G is not that much more impressive than the CL...

you think your CL with an icebox sounds G35ish, you should here mine with the icebox headers rt cat and neuspeed catback at high rpms. It screams similar to the G, but not identical.

First off, I dont know why everyone loves these Infiniti's, I mean they havent even been in the luxury car manufacturing process half as long as Acura. I mean good for you that you made the CL sound like the G, but I just dont understand why everone wants that sound. Second, I will never purchase one, you already see everone and there mom driving one now. The CL is a dyeing breed!

I think my car sound like a G35 a bit. But at high RPM it is WAY to tinny. Sound like a prelude with a cheap exhaust. Under 5K sounds sweet though, my magnaflow cat made a huge difference. I'm going full exhaust to make sure I get rid of that ricer tin sound.
V2+XS+Magnafow Cat(Under 5k RPM) = Umm Umm B*itch

This post is about trying to make your cars sound like a G35.
If you don't like how the G35 sounds thats to bad for you.
CL's may be a "dyeing breed" but we are here to keep them alive......
