sun this may not help you get your $$$ back but it will give you peace of mind have a board member from his area go to his house and fuck up his ride for you i would do it for somebody if they got scammed from a miami member

unfortunaly, ruvz is doing all he can do,legaly. That's the correct way to do things. Take legal action. But like a lot of other people say, cant' take things into ur own hand, like most people do. Most likely, if u did, more bad things would happen to you and nothing would happen to the theives. just gotta let the cops handle it. Good luck and i hope u get ur money back. I hope Bubba has his fair share of Byron in jail.(if u know what i mean)

If i where you try to see what steps your lawyer wants to make and follow that. Make sure the process it in a quick and manner that will get your result. Find this out quick before it's too late.
Your make the right move he is makeing the wrong move by not give up the money to clear his name.
Put it this way you are presuing this all the way, or let me say as far as you can go with this to get your result. I am correct yes?

UPDATE: Good news guys.. the lawyers are doing wonders. They came up with a wealth of information today about this guy. I should be recieving a fax shortly. I can't get into particulars on this public forum, but it looks good.

I don't see phone call as being helpful... obviously his parents are in on it and he has asked them to cover up for his crimes... I know if it were my parents and someone was calling my house claiming I have defrauded them, they would cut my ears off... But then again, some parents support this kind of behaviour.... they should end up behind bars along with him...
